Our 24-hour emergency department is accredited as a level 1 trauma unit by the Trauma Society of South Africa and manages the full spectrum of trauma incidents, accidents as well as general emergencies. The unit is staffed by a specialised, multi-disciplinary trauma team who are able to provide complete medical, coronary and surgical care in every eventuality.
