About National Spine and Pain Centers

"National Spine & Pain Centers (NSPC) is one of the nation's largest pain management practices in the United States. Formed in 2011 with a re-brand of The Spine Center - NSPC quickly expanded, partnering with Capitol Spine & Pain in 2012. We strive to bring high quality providers in the specialty of pain management together to offer an extensive network to meet the needs of an ever growing population of patients living in chronic pain. In late 2012 our affiliations grew with the addition of New York Pain Physicians (now New York Spine & Pain Physicians), bringing our number of centers to over 60 with close to 100 providers in D.C., Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, New York, Virginia and West Virginia."
